Out of the high season we have special rates and can be more flexible about changeover days. If you are house hunting or renovating a house in the area La Talbotte could be an ideal base.
Prices include bed linen and bathroom towels.
Prices are for eight people (two more adults may be catered for after discussion with the owners – a supplement may be added) Babies are free and a cot, a highchair and stairgate are available. During the winter months a small charge may be made for extra wood and electricity for heating.

75% balance payable 8 weeks before arrival
£400 refundable deposit to arrive with balance and returned within two weeks of departure.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
No more than eight people in property.
Residents only to use pool and other facilities.
All children and those unable to care for themselves must be supervised at all times on the property especially around the pool. Children and those unable to care for themselves are the responsibility of their parents or guardians.
No caravans, mobile homes or tents.
Deposit for breakages to be paid in full at time of booking. This will be refunded within two weeks of the end of the rental term.
Please let us know about all breakages as soon as possible so repairs or replacements may be carried out.
Final payment for the rental term must be received eight weeks before the rental term begins or if booking takes place less than eight weeks before arrival at time of booking. Any cancellations must be received six weeks before the rental term begins. This ensures you lose only the deposit. We will do our best to ensure a replacement booking and if we achieve that the deposit will also be returned minus a small fee for extra administration (£50).
Guests shall not arrive before 5pm on the first day of the rental term and will vacate the property by 10am on the last day of the rental term.
Although utmost care has been taken to ensure your safety on the property particularly with regard to the swimming pool which is fenced according to French regulations it is ESSENTIAL that you follow good practice and ensure the gates are NEVER propped open and that children and those unable to look after themselves are supervised at ALL times around the pool. On the property there are the natural hazards associated with a countryside home please ensure children and those needing supervision are watched at all times.
No smoking inside the property and if you do smoke ensure that cigarettes are put out carefully on the property - the grass is very dry during the summer months and fires are common.
No bonfires or barbecues except at the specially appointed areas.
House towels are not for use around the pool.
The property must be left as it was found – ie clean and tidy and with the fridge/freezer empty, the oven, hob and work surfaces cleaned down. Floors should be hoovered and cleaned where necessary. A cleaner can be arranged during your stay at a cost of 10€ an hour payable locally.
